About the Course
PDA Behaviour Decoded is designed to help you understand the behaviours that often leave parents feeling confused, exhausted, or stuck. Instead of asking: "How do I stop this behaviour?" Inside the workshop you'll learn: ✔ What PDA behaviour is really telling us ✔ The nervous system science behind demand avoidance ✔ Fight, flight, freeze, fawn and flop in PDA ✔ Demand stacking and hidden demands ✔ Equalising behaviours and what they mean ✔ Why traditional consequences often backfire ✔ How to reduce pressure without lowering expectations ✔ What helps during overwhelm and shutdown ✔ Practical strategies you can use immediately You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your child, greater confidence in your parenting, and practical tools that support both regulation and connection.
Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm a PDA educator, trainer, and parent, as well as the founder of Where The Wild Ones Learn. Like many parents, I spent years trying to understand behaviours that didn't fit traditional parenting advice. That journey led me to explore PDA through a nervous-system lens and to support families navigating similar challenges. My goal is simple: To help parents move from confusion and crisis to understanding and confidence. This course is the resource I wish I'd had when I first started my own PDA journey.
